The program

The Program lets influencers and affiliates earn commissions by sharing referral links for Apple Blossom apparel products. Commissions are calculated on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link.

Eligibility & conduct

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Promote products honestly and do not make false claims about Apple Blossom.
• Do not spam, use misleading advertising, or bid on Apple Blossom trademarks in paid search.
• You are responsible for the content you create to promote the Program.

Commissions & payouts

Commissions are tracked through your referral links and paid according to the payout schedule shown in your dashboard. We may withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent, returned, or cancelled orders.

Termination

You may leave the Program at any time. We may terminate participation for violations of these Terms or activity that harms the Apple Blossom brand.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the unpaid commissions accrued in your account.
